HEC participation in the 2nd Annual “European Blue Economy Conference”
The company, firmly committed to the principles of the circular economy as a driving force in the path it has charted for its further sustainable development, participated in the 2nd Annual “Blue Economy” Conference, which took place on 4 February 2025 in Brussels. The Conference was attended by Ms. Katerina Founta, Chemical Engineer, Head of the company’s Sustainability Reports/ ESG Reports.
In the context of the Conference, through the exchange of views and trends between policy makers, local authorities, representatives from all sectors of energy, shipping, technology, service providers, etc., the latest policies, initiatives aimed at the EU’s Blue Economy to support a more sustainable and competitive Europe were explored and analysed.
